Wine and Cheese Pairings How can you create the best taste pairing between wines and cheeses on the table? Red wine, dry white wine, and sweet wine? After a tour of the estate, a member of the Bernard family will share the best pairing formulas with you (all the cheeses presented at the tastings are selected from a local cheese shop).
