Description
The Blending Workshop You will take part in an essential phase of wine making: blending. After tasting two key grape varieties of the Bordeaux region, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, you will perform various blends yourself to create your own wine. This will be followed by a guided tasting of the four wines produced at Domaine de La Solitude: Rosé de La Solitude, Domaine de La Solitude white and red, Prieuré de La Solitude.
