| The harvest starts with
Sauvignon Blanc, which ripens during the first days of September.
As the quality of the juice is extremely important for white wine
making, it is necessary to pick the grapes in several selections.
Three to five passages through the vines are carried out during 3
weeks, which allows us to choose only the best and ripest grapes.
Once selected, the grapes are put in baskets and rapidly transported
to the chai. |
